ive gone over to the bad place
i spend a lot of time there
i cant make anyone understand how i feel
i want to crawl into a hole
i want to cry and sob and scream until im hoarse
i want to go far away from here and never come back
i am defeated
i am lost

So sorry I didn't see this earlier. It looks like today feels a little more peaceful, and that's a good thing.
You are NOT alone, though I know this whole nightmare can feel like one huge, empty echo chamber a lot of the time. If you need to scream, scream- we'll hear you.
